He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Mae (Webb) and Dallas H. Taylor; his daughter Nanci Jo; and his grandson Gene Taylor Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Gene Russell Taylor, David A. Taylor, Linda (Larson), Mark, Lisa, Chris, Teresa (Lee), Jim, Sarah (Taylor-Burn) and Katey (Murphy); and his wife Joan Hoery. He is also survived by his 11 children; 27 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
