She was predeceased by : her parents, W. T. Setchfield and Ramona Setchfield (Shirley); her husband Harvey D. Allen; her brothers, William "Bill", Marlin "Butch" and Terry Setchfield; and her son-in-law Carl McDade, Jr..

She is survived by : her children, Phyllis J. Allen (Randy Shiba), William H. Allen (Shelley) and Rex W. Allen (Natalie). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
