He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Miller (Skala); his daughters, Cindy Koucherik (Donnie) and Sherry McGoldrick (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kayla Marcella (Koucherik), Stephanie Koucherik, Christopher Koucherik and Nicole McGoldrick; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Savoren, Abigail Marcella, RyLee Marcella and Emilia Koucherik; his siblings, Mary Lou Richards (Gale), Jean Ann Farlow (Jim) and Donnie Miller (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Norma Skala.
