She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Obermann and Barbara Anderson Obermann; and her son Patrick Klapperich. She is survived by: her husband Mark E. Klapperich of Limon; her daughters, Melissa "Missy" Klapperich José C. (Quiñones) and Amanda Klapperich Tyler Dean of Monte Vista; and her great-aunt E. Arlene Obermann of Limon. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
