He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ralph and Dorothy Irene Mease; and his siblings, Ralph, Gary and Sharon.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Rob Mease (Melinda), Steve Mease (Lacreata) and Melissa Bower (David); and his grandchildren, Ryan Bozworth (Derek), Preston Mease, Vana Mitchell (Jared), Kyle Huff, Michelle Hattaway, Ethan Mease (Sahvanna), Katy Molner (Coy) and Matthew Huff. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Zion Lutheran Church in Gene's name.
