It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Junior Meier of Limon, Colorado, born in Shattuck, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Bob Meier, Vivian Meier, Virginia Dunn (Kenneth) and Donna Bell. He is survived by : his wife Jessie; his children, Lacreata (Steve Mease), Larry Don (Lori Meier), Richard Meier of Limon and Mary E. Sallee of Beaver, OK.; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Meier of Enid, OK.. He is also survived by six grand- children.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (312 5th St, Hugo, CO 80821). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hi-Plains Baptist Church (1001 H Ave, Limon, CO 80828). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Darrouzett Cemetery.
