He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Floyd Martin and Maybelle Martin; his brother Harvey Martin; his sons, Mason and Jake; and his brother Paul. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Love Funeral Home (225 F Ave, Limon, CO 80828). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Genoa Lutheran Cemetery.
