He was predeceased by: Larry Callahan. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughters, Sadie and Sabrinna; his stepchildren, Taylor, Alexis, Tristen, Hailey and Ryleigh; his mother Janet Haines; and his siblings, Brittney Fraijo, Anthony Fraijo and James Berben. He is also survived by 10 nieces and 5 nephews.
