He is survived by : his children, Terry LeValley, Dan LeValley (Tammy) and Janet Haley (Robert); and his grandchildren, Tom Haley (Tonya), Kevin LeValley (Amanda), Michelle Nelson (Randy), Dani LeValley, Shyanne Haley, Dylan Haley and Evan Haley.
