He is survived by: his parents, Holly Adrian and Scott Underwood; his wife Jolene; his stepparents, Martin and Julie; his children, Kaitlyn, Sierra, Miles and Lacey; his stepsister Brittany; his aunts, Susan (Rick Olsen) and Amy; his uncle Steve Underwood; and his grandchildren, Dustin and Brookson.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Three Trees Chapel (13416 W Arbor Pl, Littleton, CO 80127).
