She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Bandrowsky; her parents, Joseph Leyo and Agnes Leyo; and her brother Joseph Leyo. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Bandrowsky (Rosalba) and Stephen Bandrowsky (Cindy); her grandchildren, Gina Bandrowsky, Jenny Bandrowsky, Laura Bandrowsky, Stephen Bandrowsky and Christopher Bandrowsky; and her great grandchildren, Logan Wegner, Eleanor Bandrowsky and Emerson Daniels. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages honoring Cecilia's memory through an act of kindness, a donation to a charity that supports those in need, or contributions to Catholic Charities of Denver or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
