She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Vogel and Pauline Vogel (Stahouski) of Arcadia, WI; her son Paul; her husband Claude C. Deck; her siblings, Marie Schilling (Clayton), Eileen Schlumf (Bernard), Eugene Vogel (Kay), Dorothy Koetting (John), Kathleen Geralts (Frank), Joan Kampa (Everett), Mary Glubka (Ed), Robert Vogel (Sharon) and Agnes Deck (Ciszak); her siblings-in-law, Lonnie Deck (Zanita), Bernice Running (Romaine), LaVerne Deck (Patricia), Morris Deck (Sally) and Mercille Bagniewski (Ray); her grandson Jeff Atkinson; and also Joseph.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Virnoche (Keith) of Atherton, CA, Colette Atkinson (Tim) of Littleton, CO, Coleen A. Deck (Alex Clark) of Mauston, WI and Carol Derichs (Dennis) of Hickory, NC; her grandchildren, Lauren Virnoche, Paul Atkinson (Bri), Emily Torsney (Matt), Hanna Atkinson and Madeline Derichs; her stepgrandson Matthew Derichs; her great grandchildren, Finn and George Torsney; her brother Henry Vogel; and her sister-in-law Joan Vogel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (1031 Main St, Onalaska, WI 54650). An entombment will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Catholic Cemetery (519 Losey Blvd S, La Crosse, WI 54601).
Memorials may be given to St. Patrick's Catholic Church or the Y.M.C.A., Onalaska in memory of Coleen.
