Daniel Gevara Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Gevara of Littleton, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 21, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gevara and Mary Gevara; his wife Anita Gevara; and his brother Alby Gevara. He is survived by: his children, Danita, Michael Vigil, Danny, Charlene Gevara, Dana and Vince Frerich; his sister Gloria Martinez; his grandchildren, Angela, Nicholas and Ashlee Vigil; his great grandchildren, Sydney Leal and Ezra Vigil; and his grandchildren, Aubree, Jacob, Joshua, Alana, Miriam, Esther Gevara, Andrew (Allix), Brendan and Lucas Frerich. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.

A rosary will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Light of the World Catholic Church (10306 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80127). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
