It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dave W. Kahler (Littleton, Colorado), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on August 23, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Kahler and Marcilete Kahler; and his brother Orvin Kahler. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Knutson; his children, Susan Hoijer (John), Stephen, Sarah Ballantyne (Byron) and Scott (Stacey); his grandchildren, Abbey, Sarah, Jolyn Hoijer, Elise and Ethan Ballantyne; his nephew Jason Kahler (Shelli); his great-nephews, Hunter and Dalton; his nephew Tyson (Margaret Mary); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew, Mary and Ashley; and his sister-in-law Muriel Andersen.
