He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Perkin and Ruth Perkin; and his sisters, Patty and Susie. He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his sons, Greg and Eric; his daughters-in-law, Sandra and Merry Perkin; his grandchildren, Paolo, Quinn, Camille Mann-Perkin, Raven and Sparrow Reasons; his nieces, Tracy, Lisa and Julie; and his pet Cody.

In lieu of flowers the family agrees Don and Cody would prefer donations to the Safe Harbor Lab Rescue.
