He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Cooper. He is survived by: his father Albert Cooper; his children, DeAvion Renae and Zaeden Gabriel Chad Cooper Jr.; his wife Heather; his brothers, Previn Mosley, Albert Cooper Jr. (Sharon) and Sean Cooper (Kimberlie); his mother-in-law Kay Clemo; his sister-in-law Amanda Juneski (Nick); and his nieces and nephews, Roberta Miller (Chad), Zakiya Cooper, Courtney Clemo, Jahmari Cooper (Lauren), Krystin Clemo, Evelyn Juneski, Sydney Cooper, Symone Cooper, Isaiah Juneski, Shandra Cooper and Adeline Juneski. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and one great nephew.
