He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Lucille; his sister Betty Vannoy; and his former wife Wanda Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Maxwell; his children, David Maxwell (Lonia) and Paula Maxwell; his stepchildren, Jim Mitchell (Eileen), Kelli Mitchell (Toni) and Rick Mitchell-Wyatt (Mike); his grandchildren, Perri, Sarah, Danae (Dan), Cameron (Jillian), Ericka, Hannah (Clint), Grant and Greg; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Cody, Cara, Sean, Reagan and Nora.
