He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rapp and Robadine Rapp; his wife Pat Rapp; his sons, Mark and Matt Rapp; and his siblings, Janice Rapp and Joe Rapp.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Whitrap (David) and Kat Reilly (late Mike); and his siblings, Jim, Jerry Rapp, Joan Meyer (Ron), Joyce Sabol (George), Judy Rapp, Jean Henderson (Joe), Jackie Koprowski (Larry) and Jill Carroll (late Terry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association in memory of Jon Rapp and his cherished relationship with his younger brother Joe.
