He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Gargan and Maryanne Gargan; and his siblings, Roseanne Passarella (Gargan), Vincent and Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Karen of Littleton; his brothers, Thomas (Mary Jo) of Bluffton, SC, Matthew (Kris) of Denver, CO and Daniel of Denver, CO; his brother-in-law Michael Passarella (Dolores); and his nieces and nephews, Micki Passarella (Rick), Chris Passarella (Stacy), Christine Gargan (Mike) and Patrick Gargan (Brooke).
In 2023 Kevin contracted Covid, which triggered a bout of rejection and a long slow decline in his transplanted lungs.
