She was predeceased by: her son Ryan Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Bill Richardson; her children, Sherril Niemann (Bob) and Reed Richardson (Julie); her grandchildren, Zachary Konstanzer (Alyssa), Coralee Richardson, Elaine Richardson and Cale Niemann; and her sister Sharon Blackburn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Regina's honor may be directed to support her spouse, Bill Richardson.
