He is survived by: his parents, Beth Schneider and Kelly Schneider; his brother Jay; his grandmothers, Suzanne and Carole; and his pet Leo. He is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Sam's family will be providing numerous future opportunities to contribute towards Sam's vision of increased awareness and research of Ewing's Sarcoma.
