She was predeceased by: her parents, George Berckefeldt and Myrtle Rachel Berckefeldt (Wood); her siblings, Harold Berckefeldt, Alma McBride, Ernestine Tester, Bart Ware, Woodrow Ware, Tom Ware, Pearl Ware-Berckefeldt and Mary Ware-Parsons; Lucille Berckefeldt (Ware).
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Carara (Gene); her children, Kris, Bill Bornhoft of Littleton, Colorado, Mark, Dee Carara of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Kay Brienzi of Plano, Texas.; her grandchildren, Jerry (Carla Bornhoft), Laura (Steve Cronin), Kendra (Mikey Wagner), Matthew (Jessica Carara), Lindsay Carara of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Michael Brienzi of Plano, Texas and Nicholas (Eliza Brienzi); her great grandchildren, Will Bornhoft, Ashley Bornhoft, Kaiya Cronin, Enzo Cronin, Jocelyn Wagner, Sterling Hughes, Victoria Carara and Parker Carara; her sisters, Eleanor Ware Kincaid of Scottsdale, Arizona and Kay Ware Malowney of Colorado Springs, Colorado.; and her sisters-in-law, Florence Carara and Barbara Carere of Pueblo, Colorado..
