He was predeceased by: his father James Loyd Scrivner; his grandparents, Richard J., Joan A. MacCornack, Loyd and Isabel Scrivner; and his uncles, Richard W. and Gary Scrivner.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara MacCornack Leutwiler; his stepfather Robert L. Leutwiler of Boulder, CO; his brother James Brandon Scrivner of Longmont, CO; his aunt Dianne A. M. Lazaroff of St. Louis, MO; his stepmother Julie Scrivner (Vietnamese) of Omaha, NE; and his sister Kim Phuong Vo.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made in J.
