He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Dworak and Alfred Dworak; his sibling Kappa Alpha Fraternity; his pets, Shaggi and Jovie; his wife Jeanne Dworak; his children, Naomi Cross (Dustin Cross), Alfred Dworak and Lela Dworak; and his brother Karl Dworak.
