Solem of Longmont, Colorado, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Solem and Judith Solem (Gillispie); and his aunts, Karen Gillispie, Beverly Pisarik (Gillispie), Linda Chesmore and Marianne Solem.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Grimm; and his children, Jackson and Julia. He is also survived by sisters and their families; and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in honor of Brian can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
