He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Salter and Helen Salter; and his wife Bernadette "Bee" Salter (Hall). He is survived by: his children, Todd Salter (Terri) and Tracey Poppe (Gary); his grandchildren, Andrew Brown (Molly) and Katherine Poppe; and his great grandchild Emma Brown.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Howe Mortuary & Crematory (439 Coffman St, Longmont, CO 80501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
