He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dolezal and Izora Dolezal (Evans); and his sister Susan Buckingham Dolezal (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Linda Schuler of Julesburg; his sons, Chris Dolezal of Westminster and Carleton Dolezal (Natalie Swanson) of Littleton, CO; and his grandchildren, Ella, Jace and Charlie Dolezal. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Donations may be made to the Julesburg High School Band Program in Craig's memory.
