He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Daniel Bailey-Hoover and Rachel Elizabeth Bailey-Hoover; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Finn, Liam and Jackson.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. A committal service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Burlington Cemetery (1500 S Sunset St, Longmont, CO 80501).
