He is survived by : his children, Kaylee and Justin, his life partner and love of his life Jenifer Berry; his stepson Ezra Berry; his parents, Dave and Nancy; his brother Dan; his nephews, Matt and Finn; his niece Katie; and his great-nephew Leo.

Finding a cure for Alzheimer's was very important to Andy; to honor that commitment, the family asks that donations in Andy's name be made to the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers.
