He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Fidela Chiles of Clovis and Albert Herman Chiles; and his niece Rhonda Hutton (Poco) of Amarillo. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Chiles of Longmont, Colorado; his stepchildren, Lisa Ecker of South Dakota and David Ecker of Arizona; his nephew Ronnie Hutton of Clovis; his great-niece Lori Nolan (Jeremy) of Amarillo, Texas; his sisters, Mary Case of Clovis and Rose Ritchie of Clovis; his sister-in-law Renee Mulvey (Kevin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isiah, Alex, Jacob, Lara, Kaidance and Lucas; his cousin Linda Perilli of Broomfield, CO.; Kingston Nolan.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Alhberg Funeral Chapel (326 Terry St, Longmont, CO 80501).
