She is survived by: her husband Allan Nickels; her children, Kurt (Satomi), Kara (Will) and Jill (Shawn); her grandchildren, Kate, Bert and Hannah; and her brother Donald Dragt (Roxanne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
