She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Snow and Doris Snow; her boyfriend Clyde Beaton; her brother Russell Snow; her brother-in-law John Spear; and her granddaughter Kathy Peter.
She is survived by: her former husband Bill Peter; her sister Carolyn Spear; and her children, Todd (Lydia), Gail, David (Cindy), Kenneth (Deb) and Dottie. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to Dottie's favorite charities, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
