He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca "Becky"; his son-in-law Brian Phelps; his wife Arlene Ohde Cates; his son-in-law Andy Leeper; his grandchildren, Kelsea Leeper and Jaxon Leeper; and his extended family, Marlene, Charles, Bernice and Allen.
