He was my best friend in high school and a stellar lead singer and rhythm guitar player in our band (first the Mercys, later The Learned Hand) .... a talent that brought us to a crescendo performance at the International Battle of the Bands in Chicago a few years later. Then came his (and his parents) decision to attend DeVry Technical Institute for a more stable future. YOU WILL BE MISSED MY FRIEND! Bruce McKellar”
