Fidel Gonzalez III Obituary
Fidel Gonzalez III, age 39, of Longmont, Colorado, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022. Fidel was born March 6, 1982, in Denver, Colorado, to Fidel Gonzalez, Jr. and Rosemarie Campos. Fidel was raised in Longmont, Colorado, remaining a Longmont resident all his life.
He attended school locally and later started his own business, Fidel's Fine Hardwood, where he specialized in custom and standard hardwood flooring. Some of his favorite pastimes included hunting, fishing, and hiking, but one of his passions was playing and watching a multitude of sports.
Fidel is survived by his father Fidel Gonzalez, Jr.; mother Rosemarie Reichert; daughter Carmen Gonzalez; Carmen's mother Corinne Kluger; brothers Eric Garcia and Vincent Ruiz; sisters Tina Campos, Julie Ruiz, and Melinda Gonzalez; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who will all dearly miss him.
A visitation for Fidel will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman Street, Longmont, Colorado 80501, followed by a reception from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
