She was predeceased by: her mother Addie Terrell; and her husband Donald Rhoades. She is survived by: her children, Janis Johnson (Mervyn), Douglas Rhoades (Debbie), Mark Rhoades and Paul Rhoades (Nancy). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
