He is survived by: his children, Heidi Sipe of Portland, OR and Dean Sipe (Katy) of Laurel, MT; his stepchildren, Debbie Crawford (Larry) of Greer, SC, Milton Wilcox (Chris) of Franklin Grove, IL, Brian Wilcox (Rebecca) of Johnstown, CO and Vicki O'Hagan-Ioerger (Todd) of Dacono, CO; and his brother Bill Sipe. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
