He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfred Martin Jr. and Rachel Martin (Fabrizius); his wife Frieda Martin of Paul's Lutheran Church; his siblings, Dorothy Wertz, Rose Miller, William Martin, Harvey Martin and Harvey Arthur Martin; and his grandson Justin Depperschmidt.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Martin of Sterling, Colorado and Bonnie Rankin (Dusty Schneider) of Fort Collins, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Geof Rankin (Stephanie) of Cedar Park, Shanna Depperschmidt of Loveland, Alisha Shultz (Bo) of Greeley, Nick Martin of Sterling and Vanessa Martin of Sterling, Colorado. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
