He is survived by: his wife Claudia Jo Box (Ciocchetti); his close friends, Jess Box and Jeffrey Box; his grandchildren, Cody Box (Sarah Mars), Jamie Box, Ashleigh Stires (Christopher) and Hunter Box; and his cousins, Karleen Boggio Montgomery, Lana Birkey and Sheri Fortin.
