He is survived by: his wife Cherry Chavez; his daughter Analisa Schelle (Michael); his granddaughter Helen; his siblings, Richard Garrison and Ann Reeves-Mitchell; and his siblings-in-law, Christopher, Anthony Chavez, Alida and Liz Chavez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
