He was predeceased by: his mother Kimberly Puzo. He is survived by: his father Michael Puzo; his siblings, Gina Puzo (Chantel Anderson) of Colorado Springs and Bethani Puzo of Longmont; his daughter April Puzo; his nephews, Jax Anderson, Theo Puzo and Hank Puzo; and his grandparents, Luann Hammer of Salida, Don Hammer, Del LePore, Gary Puzo and Sheri LePore. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
