It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Waage (Longmont, Colorado), born in Elko, Nevada, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Waage and Selmer Waage; and his wife Pam Waage. He is survived by: his sister Sheila Halton (Nick); and his children, Sonja White (Steve), Marc (Anne) and Erik Waage (Molly). He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center, St. Labre Indian School, Doctors without Boarders, the Sierra Club or KUVO Jazz Radio Denver.
