It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce M. Frank (Longmont, Colorado), born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, LeRoy Lockwood and Catherine Lockwood (Wilson); her husband Mel; and her siblings, Stewart Lockwood and Cathy Unrein.

She is survived by : her children, David Frank (Michelle) of Firestone, CO and Jane Madrid (Randy) of Longmont, CO; her granddaughters, Kristina, Jessica and Cassandra Frank; her great grandchild Bryleigh Frank; and her siblings, Frank Lockwood (Ginger) of Longmont, CO, Joan Kappel of Longmont and Linda Boles of Birmingham, AL..
