She is survived by: her children, John Jr. (Juanita) of Avon Lake and Elisa McCarthy (Bill) of Fabius; her grandsons, Cayden, Nick Seely, Hunter, Liam and Evan McCarthy; her great-niece Stephanie Holladay; her great-nephew Chris Robbie; and her nephew Brad Seely. She is also survived by her family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the "Resident Fund" for the residents of The Winds.
