He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clay and Evelyn Clay (Strampe) of Hartley; his siblings, Barbara Bleeke of Minnesota and Gary Clay of Fort Collins; his daughter Diane Clay of Grenada; and his great grandchild Addison Clay.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara, Cynthia and Douglas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
