She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Lueck and Gladys Lueck. She is survived by: her husband Wayne D. Slipka; her children, Steve Slipka (Nancy), Teresa Slipka, Darrel Slipka (Ruby) and Kelly Groscost (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Cassidy Kimball (Mark), Lucas Slipka (Randi), Alyssa De LaRosa, Ryan Slipka, Macy Slipka and Katelynn Groscost. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
