He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross D Farnsworth and Dorothy E Riebling; his brother Craig; and his nephews, Scott and Willy.

He is survived by: his children, Diana Rawlings (David), Kip Farnsworth (Tracy) and Karen Armendariz; his grandchildren, Oliver, Noah, Oscar, Faris Rawlings, Kyler, Ella Armendariz and Frankie Farnsworth; his wife Sharon Farnsworth Broomfield (Koleski); his sister Karen Downs (Bill); his stepsiblings, Jennifer Morrison (Craig) and Paul Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Lee Koleski and Shirley Farnsworth (Craig).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be mailed to Breakfast Optimist Club of Longmont.
