It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raphael Bertrand of Longmont, Colorado, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Raphael has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parent Lyanesse Bertrand; his wife Maurine Bertrand; his mother Addie Bertrand; and his brothers, J. C. Bertrand (Thelma), Merlin Bertrand (Dorice) and Allen Bertrand (Yvonne).
He is survived by: his children, Patti Farmer (Ken), Kevin Bertrand (Shelia), Denise Lovato (Clint) and Robert Bertrand. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ray's memory may be made to American Cancer Society and Tuberous Sclerosis Association.
