He is survived by: his significant other Ruth; his brother Robert Avedon; his sister-in-law Cyndi; and his children, Brad Avedon, Tyler Avedon, Jill Hulbert, Christian Avedon and Nick Avedon. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
