He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Knuth and Dorthy Knuth (Carpenter); and his siblings, Robert and Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Knuth; his children, Bob, Tammy and Kim; his stepdaughters, Carrie and Robin; and his sister Nancy. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
